With over a decade of event management experience Jim is able to advise clients on the best interactive solution to meet their event objectives. In his role as account manager Jim is able to apply his knowledge and expertise to assist clients with pre-event planning right through to delivery of an event. By developing a working partnership with our clients he ensures that the Crystal experience is as seamless as possible.
