Kelly has a wealth of cross functional experience. She is responsible for the creation of systems and procedures that support the finance, sales and marketing operations at Crystal. Kelly has worked for a range of companies including JP Morgan and corporate and incentive travel companies. She is highly competent and efficient in managing all aspects of a project from sales through to execution and the follow up. Kelly also supports our network of freelance facilitators and technical managers ensuring they are up to date with all relevant information and tools they require for each project.
