Virtual & Face-To-Face – How It Works
The virtual vs face-to-face argument need not be a question of either/or. We have proved that multi-site simultaneous meetings provide enhanced levels of delegate involvement and a strong sense of community.
How we work
Crystal work with agency and production teams, with venue staff or independently, to provide the virtual complement to your face-to-face meeting.
Our role
We host virtual events, developing their content and providing the technical support to put graphics, sound and video online. Our operator will work with the onsite AV team to broadcast the meeting onto the web and to display virtual participant feedback in the meeting room, as well as providing comprehensive support prior to the event to ensure all remote delegates have a seamless experience.
In addition to our technical expertise, one of our experienced facilitators will help you plan your virtual event, moderating the meeting both on-site and online. They have a range of techniques to ensure that your remote delegates actively participate in the meeting.
Technical support
Crystal provides the necessary technology for the virtual element of your meeting and we offer highly competitive rates for the use of our virtual meeting software. We tailor our solution to match the specific technical requirements of the meeting, and have multiple approaches for back-up to circumvent the challenges of connecting virtual delegates to a meeting over the internet.
The delegate experience
A live camera feed enables your remote audience to view the meeting presenters as well as seeing the presentation on the main screen. The delegates can vote or enter questions online while the live audience does the same using Crystal Tablets or keypads. All inputs are displayed on the venue screen, allowing speakers to maintain dialogue with both audiences around the questions and comments received.
