Virtual – How It Works

The virtual vs face-to-face argument need not be a question of either/or. Virtual meetings often complement previously held face-to-face meetings by increasing the frequency of communication without breaking the budget.

Our approach

At Crystal, we use a unique combination of facilitation skills and technology to enhance the structure and flow of virtual meetings involving large groups of people. This ensures that all delegates participate, concentration levels remain high and presenters are appropriately briefed and rehearsed.

How we work

In helping you achieve the most from your virtual meeting we provide the following support:

  • Meeting planning advice and formatting prior the event
  • Live meeting moderation by a Crystal Facilitator
  • Experienced technical support in planning stages and during the broadcast
  • Leading edge virtual meeting software provided by Adobe
  • Broadcast of video, audio and other rich media content
  • Delegate interaction supported with text input and voting right through to virtual breakout rooms
  • Virtual Meetings recorded and available post event for streaming or download
  • Secure, robust and reliable solution supported by leading experts in audience engagement
  • Sophisticated and feature rich telephony solutions also available

The delegate experience

A live camera feed enables your remote audience to view the meeting presenters as well as seeing the presentation on the main screen. The delegates can vote or enter questions online, where all responses are collated. All inputs are displayed on a main screen, allowing speakers to maintain dialogue with audiences across the ether around the questions and comments received.
